Ollie Pears delivers a winner for shareholders with our first horse to run on turf in 2023
The 3Yo gelding A Day To Dream had a torrid time as a 2YO, with races not quite going his way. However, a big jump in distance saw the likeable gelding winning well at a sunny Thirsk on Tuesday 4th April.
The gelding got a great ride from James Sullivan to easily land a 0-55 handicap for his shareholders, and that was after a long break! He did this the hard way too - taking up the running a full three and a half furlongs out from home and bossing the race from the front. Every time James asked for more from him, the 3YO kicked again and at the line he was stretching away again. He will next be seen racing in around 3-4 weeks time.
