We have a trio of nicely bred two-year-olds for this season, and with the turf meetings becoming more plentiful, we're expecting both Smashing Lass and Queen Of Scheme to be racing in the coming weeks and with Swerved not too long behind them.
We dug deep to buy Smashing Lass at the breeze-up sales and it looks like the £10,000 should be well spent, as this filly looks sharp and is expected to be racing in May. She is well related and you can watch her breeze video here.
Swerved is a lovely big filly, well put together and showing plenty at home. She's sold out already, but we can't wait to see what she's made of when she hits the track in late May or early June.
Finally we have a few shares still available in Queen Of Scheme. This Tagula filly hasn't stopped growing in the last few months and has developed into a really nice prospect. Again, she is expected to be out in May as long as her growing spurt doesn't continue into the end of May. Even if it does, she looks like she'll be worth waiting for.
