Ownaracehorse service is upgraded 10th March 2007

We would like to thank all shareholders who beared
with us through some technical problems we encountered on Thursday
(8th March).
For a short period of time we had to bring the site down in order to
upgrade our server (the machine which powers the service) - and once
it was running again, iron out a few glitches.
This may have meant that a few of our shareholders may have not had
the usual same-day replies to emails. If this happened to you, we
do apologise - if you resend any unanswered mail from Thursday
afternoon and Friday morning we will answer in our normal manner.
However, the short loss of service will be worthwhile - you should
notice that the site loads into your browser a lot quicker than it
used to, and the video clips we post will also load quicker.
Ownaracehorse has grown enormously in the last 12 months, and our
site become very busy (we have over twenty thousand individual
visitors on average per month to the site!), so we needed a better
'engine' to power the service. Our new server will allow us to
service over 200,000 people per month if needed.
Many thanks for your patience if you encountered difficulties.
Everything on the site is now functioning correctly - so you should
now enjoy an un-interrupted service.
