Winners:

Siena Star
- Won for the second time this season, winning at 5/2 at Lingfield over ten furlongs.  This was well deserved, after being second on three occasions this year, losing less than a neck each time. He took up the running over a furlong out and the favourite was unable to wear him down and won shareholders £2,400 in prizemoney in the process.

Namir -
ran a great race for shareholders to win once again at Pontefract in September.  Racing pundits described it as a 'brave' run in the last furlong to hold off two challengers. He won at rewarding odds of 10/1 in a five furlong race which gave him his third win of the season so far.

Laphonic - Took a five furlong maiden race at Hamilton in July at 7/1, putting a couple of poorer runs behind him, and he now looks set to step into handicap company over six furlongs.  He needs a straight track, but will be back again soon. He won over £2,400 for shareholders.

Namir - Won at Nottingham when stepping up in trip to six furlongs.  Came with a great run from over one furlong out and took up the race with over thirty yards to go to record a super victory for shareholders at 11/2.  He won over £2,900 in prizemoney for this win - he is already over the £5,000 mark for the season.

Siena Star - Won at his fourth attempt for shareholders after we claimed him from a race at Newcastle in May. He took up the running over a furlong out in this 11f contest to record a nice win by a length, winning £2,700 in prizemoney.

Namir - Hit a sparkling vein of form during June and recorded a win and a close up fourth over five furlongs.  His win came in a 16 runner handicap at Pontefract, where he just got up on the line to take the £2,900 first prize.

Grand Palace - Won at his first attempt in a handicap at Southwell on Derby Day. This 225,000 guineas purchase as a two year old is bred to win a Derby, but we got hold of him earlier this year for £15,000 and already he has won £2,900 for shareholders.  He strode clear over three out in this 3YO handicap and went on to win by three-quarters of a length, with four lengths back to the third horse at rewarding odds of 10/1.

First Rhapsody
- Won at Catterick at 25/1 over seven furlongs in a 0-75 Handicap.  From a poor draw this feisty little filly was gaining with every stride up the straight and just got up in the final stride to lift the £3,700 first prize for shareholders.  She now goes for a valuable fillies' only handicap back at Catterick over course and distance.

Tyzack - Does it again - our standard bearer for the season!  this time it was a mile handicap at Southwell where he ran out the easy winner at 6/4.  Over £10,000 in prizemoney to shareholders already this season from Tyzack!

Tyzack
- Another 7f Handicap at Southwell worth £2,810 to the winnerTyzack was given a peach of a ride once again by Micky Fenton, and after being involved in a rough race was in a battle up to the line but won by a neck to lift the prize.  That was Tyzack's third win from three runs this season so far.

Tyzack
- 7f Handicap at Southwell worth £1,820 to the winnerTyzack was given a great ride by Micky Fenton to get a great early position from a low draw, and was able to hold the rails position off the bend and after cruising up at the furlong pole quickly asserted and went on to win easily in a fast time.  this time he won at 7/2 and we had over 15 syndicate members present at the course.

Tyzack - 7f Handicap at Southwell worth £1,630 to the winnerTyzack was having his seasonal racecourse debut, and travelled supremely well to lift this prize on a rainy March afternoon.  Trainer Steph Liddiard said "This is just the tip of the iceberg - there's more to come from this gelding, he's a nice sort." after the race.  He won going away by one and three-quarter lengths at 5/1, after being backed down from 7/1 in the morning.

Mind Alert
- 6f Handicap worth £2,100 to the winner WON 16/1
Our first winner of 2006, Mind Alert made easy progress in this six furlong contest at Lingfield on the Polytrack to record his third winning run for Ownaracehorse and Simon Mapletoft Racing, our partner in the horse.  He won at the great odds of 16/1, and looks to have a great season ahead of him in the summer.
