Entries & Declarations

When your racehorse is expected to race

The Racehorse Manager keeps you up to date with all your racehorse's entries and declarations. As soon as they are announced by the BHA (British Horseracing Authority) we report upon them in the Racehorse Manager. However, the system provides much more...

Every time one of your racehorses is entered for a race, it will be tracked right through the entire process, and every time there is a change in the horse's status you will be informed by email, online and by Text Message (if you subscribe at a very reasonable rate to this extra service). As soon as an entry is made you will get a complete report posted in your Racehorse Manager and also receive an email entry alert from the Racehorse Manager.

racingAs well as providing the base detail, we also ensure you have an indication of the likelihood that your racehorse will get into the race and also whether the trainer favours this particular entry, as very often there may be multiple entries. When the declaration stage is reached, we report again on what happened, and whether your horse is expected to run and if so, the race conditions and initial reaction to the make-up of the race.

During any point from the entry to declaration, which can be up to six days, shareholders are able to apply for Owners Badges for the meeting. If there are any special provisions for the meeting, these are also posted as a racehorse update. The Racehorse Manager provides a quick look-up to the current entries and declarations, as well as a detailed listing. This facility is very helpful if you have a number of horses in your account each with multiple entries.
