|Big day on Friday with four runners - and a private box just for Ownaracehorse shareholders at Newcastle|
|DATE POSTED: 31/03/2011|
What a way to start April! We have
FOUR runners at three different tracks racing in the Ownaracehorse
colours for their shareholders tomorrow.
We were hoping for five runners, but unfortunately flat sprinter Sandwith missed out by the shortest of margins at Musselburgh - missing the cut by only one place. However, Bahamian Kid will fly the flag for shareholders at the Scottish racecourse, as he races in the mile handicap at the end of their flat card.
A hundred miles south, shareholders have two races to look forward to, as Cherrycake takes her second step onto a racecourse in the two and a half mile hurdle, and veteran chaser Panama At Once has every chance in the penultimate three mile content over the bigger fences.
As an extra bonus to shareholders, we have also hired a private box for the day at Newcastle, and all Ownaracehorse shareholders are welcome to use the facilities during the day - where there is a mammoth eight race card! This VIP extra is provided at NO EXTRA COST to shareholders!
Meanwhile, down in the Midlands, Petrus De Sormain takes to the turf after having to miss a few recent opportunities due to the ground. He has seventeen rivals to contend with on his seasonal debut, but we're looking forward to a another good run from him also.
As if that wasn't enough, we are also waiting to see what the ground is like at the Lincoln meeting at Doncaster, as Amical Risks is all set to take his chance on Sunday at the first big flat meeting. He has an entry in the mile and a half handicap for Amateur riders, and we're hoping the ground will stay good enough for Risky to take his chance.
