It's time for the jumpers to get serious - all three of them expected out at the end of October

Our three jump horses for this winter are gearing up for the serious part of their winter seasons, now that the weather is finally getting wintery.  Shares are still available for winter jumps seasons which see Brunello, Primo Rossi and Little Jimmy go racing in about ten days time...

It certainly doesn't feel like winter yet, but our three jumpers are well on the way to getting their jumps seasons going.  Primo Rossi, Little Jimmy and Brunello are all expected to be out and running in late October or early November as they get their 2014-2015 winter campaigns in full swing.

Brunello - will go Novice Chasing for the first time this winter

Little Jimmy and Primo Rossi have both had a run already, to get them into the groove, but the really serious running will start from November onwards.  We visited Tommy Gretton only last Sunday at his yard in Inkberrow with around 60 shareholders and they saw two very fit racehorses who are ready to race and looked incredibly fit and well.

Primo Rossi was seen schooling with Felix De Giles on board - and the gelding proved to be an adept jumper.  He will start his Novice Hurdling season at Worcester, Uttoxeter or Warwick around the end of the month.  He has shown up well in bumpers so far, and is related to a number of jumps winners.

Little Jimmy was unlucky not to be in the money on his seasonal debut a few weeks ago at Stratford, but was going incredibly well before getting into the bottom of a fence.  However, he will be back out again, hopefully at Huntington on November 2nd in a 10,000 added chase.

Then we have Brunello - who ran well at Kelso a fortnight ago after a break, only being beaten a handful of lengths in a handicap hurdle.  He will have another spin around in a hurdle at Wetherby late in October, but we are really looking forward to him going over chase fences from November onwards!

All three of our jumpers have shares available in them now - see the links below to view their full profiles and details of their shares for the winter.

We also have a brand new FREE to enter competition - where you get to name one of the new filly's - and get a share in her for next season... Find out more here...
