Another double header this Saturday as Panama At Once joins Bahamian Kid at the races
    DATE POSTED: 19/04/2011
Despite the fact that the ground virtually everywhere in the UK is 'Firm' or 'Good to Firm' at best, we have two horses set to race for shareholders this Saturday.

Bahamian Kid has had Musselburgh's God Cup meeting as a target for a few weeks now, and he will love the quick underfoot conditions as he tries a mile for the second time this season.  He runs in one of the last races of the day, due off at 5-15pm.

Earlier in the day, our veteran handicapper Panama At Once will take to the turf at Carlisle to compete in a three and a quarter mile handicap chase.  The gelding has run well around Carlisle on a couple of occasions, and we're hoping that his recent drop by the handicapper will allow him to show that he's just as good as he was last year when winning a similar race at Hexham and finishing third in the Highlands National.

Panama At Once has already finished third at Hexham recently, and we're banking on a return to firmer ground allowing this gutsy gelding to get back to the winning way. He due to race at 2-45pm in Carlisle's second race on the card.

He's sure to be well supported, as over 40 shareholders in him turned out to see him at our recent yard visit to trainer Philip Kirby's yard.  We're expecting ten to twelve shareholders from the syndicate to be at Carlisle on Saturday to cheer this popular chaser on.

And you could be amongst them!  There are only a handful of shares left in 'Reece' for 2011 - why not treat yourself or give a share in him as a special gift?  A single share is only 89.00 for a full summer and autumn's worth of fun with him.
