Our un-raced 3YO Cool
Reception is ready to start her racing career. The filly has a
declaration for Wolverhampton next Monday in a fillies only seven
Cool Reception our un-raced 3YO filly is about to embark on her flat racing career with a run at Wolverhampton next Monday, the 17th of February.
This filly comes from a very good family, with plenty of winners in her pedigree - in fact out of nine offspring to race, eight of them have won, and the other was placed a handful of times.
Ollie Pears has been preparing Cool Reception for her debut since last year, when she unfortunately got a chip in her knee. However, that setback is now behind the filly and the yard and many shareholders in her are looking forward to her opening run. Despite having a replacement horse allocated to them when we realised Cool Reception would be out for the rest of the 2013 season, shareholders have also enjoyed an extended share period in the filly at no extra cost - something which other syndicates simply would not provide.

This three-year-old has already had a racecourse gallop at Southwell and took the experience in her stride.
She will be well supported at Wolverhampton - the filly will have around 40 shareholders turning up at the West Midlands track to see her race for the first time. The race has attracted nine runners and Cool Reception - or 'Winnie' as she is known to her owners - is well drawn in stall one.
Of course the big question is whether she will be ready to win first time out! Well, we will be giving that information out - but only to her shareholders...!
Shares are already available in Cool Reception for her 2014 summer turf campaign, starting in April, and are selling fast. Priced at only £90 each, its a one-off payment for the entire summer season.
