|2YO's for 2012 all going well in pre-training|
|DATE POSTED: 12/12/2011|
We have three yearlings (2YO's for 2012)
available this year, and we've been evaluating them all during the
last week - and the great news is that all three of them are coming on
Part of the thrill of owning a racehorse is the anticipation of what that horse will achieve on the racecourse - and this excitement is enhanced when you are involved with an un-raced juvenile, because until they reach the track there is every chance they could be that one very special horse.
Of course those dreams of leading in a winner at Ascot are only fulfilled for the few - but whilst you have a 2YO in training, there is always that chance, however slim, that he/she could be a winner - and perhaps even decent enough to win at some of the big racing days.
We have three juveniles for 2012, and all three are making excellent progress:
Has been broken and is now being ridden in the indoor school at our pre-training yard. Is a lovely, sharp and powerful filly who will be joining Ollie Pears early next year.
One of the most forward 2YO's in trainer Ollie Pear's yard at present. Sister to Polly Perkins (Listed winner) and is looking like she will be ready to race early season.
Miss Starry Eyed
Wonderful mover and has all the hallmarks of a 2YO type. Full sister to 84 rated Pint Size who won three times as a juvenile.
With all our younger horses who are being prepared for next season's flat campaigns, we provide regular reports, including video and photos - and shareholders already have pre-share period start reports on all three of these horses in their online Racehorse Manager.
Shareholders will get reports every 7-10 days right up to when the horses start racing, as well as being able to visit the yards in spring as the horses are reaching their final preparation stages. Plenty to look forward to and shares are still available for Christmas!
